Now, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate our growth and help us expand our customer base.
What You’ll Do
As an SDR at EdgeTier, you’ll:
Identify and engage high-potential customers: Research and prospect potential clients, contributing to growing our revenue.
Drive innovative outreach: Develop, launch, and test outbound campaigns, leveraging tools like HubSpot and personalised video messaging.
Nurture leads: Build relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with Account Executives: Support demos, sales calls, and the overall sales cycle to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Utilise social networks: Tap into LinkedIn and other platforms to uncover new opportunities and strengthen connections.
Impact our future: Work closely with senior leadership to refine and execute our sales strategy.
Why You’ll Succeed
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 2+ years’ experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative.
Experience in a primarily outbound lead generation role.
Thrives on pushing boundaries and creating innovative outreach methods.
Excels in researching and personalising outreach, ensuring each lead feels valued and understood.
Boasts a track record of success, consistently exceeding targets.
Is adaptable, self-motivated, and ready to thrive in a high-growth start-up environment.
Communicates clearly, with strong written and verbal skills.
Has resilience, a positive attitude, and enjoys working with people.
