Role Overview:

This role is ideal for a clinician with suitable experience in clinical practice management, and an interest in understanding the implementation of digital mental health solutions for various organization types. A champion and an educator of others in the benefits of online delivery. A strong advocate for the evolution of best practice with an ability to be curious, ask questions and seek solutions to address barriers to successful adoption and integration of the SilverCloud solutions, and always in collaboration with key stakeholders and colleagues.

SilverCloud Health will support you to:

  • Follow and maintain clear clinical governance procedures for services including all necessary legal, compliance, insurance, certification, and regulatory needs.
  • Work closely with the clinical operations team ensuring the service maintains its high operating standards
  • Ensure clinical risk management processes are clearly defined and followed.
  • Establish clear process for supervision and management of coaches and their workloads.
  • Support day-to-day clinical operations.
  • Follow and maintain clear reporting of risk management and adverse events.
  • Ongoing close working relationship with customer success to ensure best practices and service level needs are always being met.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you have:

  • A Professional Qualification and/or Master’s/Doctorate degree in either Clinical/ Counselling Psychology/Mental Health/ another Mental Health-related field.
  • Children & Young People (CYP) experience desired
  • CORU/HCPC Registered or other evidence of professional registration.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of clinical and/or clinical service (PQE) experience.
  • A high level of knowledge of risk management and experience in its application in clinical domains.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work with teams in a matrix environment is required.
  • Experience in the delivery of remote/virtual care and ‘supporter’ coaching.
