Brief Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full stack Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end of our web applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers, to create high-quality, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation, is proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy both client-side and server-side applications, ensuring seamless integration across the stack.
• Design and implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Build and maintain robust back-end services and APIs using frameworks like Node.js, Express.js, or similar.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and efficient user interfaces and experiences.
• Work with databases (SQL or NoSQL) to design and manage efficient data structures and queries.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability, ensuring high performance under load.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in both front-end and back-end systems.
• Collaborate with product and project teams to define user stories and technical requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, suggesting improvements to development practices and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-4 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a similar software engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Solid experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API design.
• Experience working with databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB).
• Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git, for collaborative development.
• Familiarity with modern web development tools and build processes (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
