Brief Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full stack Developer to join our talented development team. As a Senior Full stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications. You will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of the solutions we deliver. The ideal candidate is an expert in fullstack development with a passion for solving complex problems, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the overall technical vision of the team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and architecture of end-to-end web applications, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and databases.
  • Design and implement highly scalable, secure, and performant web applications using modern technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Express, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI Design, and DevOps teams to define product requirements, design system architecture, and implement new features.
  • Take ownership of technical decisions and provide mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of database schemas, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Conduct code reviews, guide team members in solving complex problems, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage the end-to-end deployment process, ensuring smooth, continuous delivery through CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks, security risks, and code quality issues, providing proactive solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices, and share insights with the team.
  • Ensure that all applications are highly available, reliable, and maintainable.
  • Collaborate on product roadmaps and drive innovation through technical leadership and solutioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or in a senior software engineering role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications.
  • Advanced proficiency with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB).
  • Experience in building and maintaining scalable and high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with version control tools, particularly Git, and working in an Agile environment.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Solid understanding of security best practices in both front-end and back-end development.
  • Ability to work with modern development tools and build processes (Webpack, NPM, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead teams and mentor junior developers.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and monitoring tools.
