The development process requires the ability to work with senior client executives, building innovative solutions, while constantly listening and gaining a clear understanding of requirements. You will manage client expectations and provide the best solutions back to the client.

The role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distil complex thoughts into simple, actionable recommendations; You will have the ability to communicate technical complexity in simple terms, combined with a client first problem solving mindset.

Role Overview:

Hubli are about to embark on an exciting period in our growth and you will have a significant impact on the continued success of the organisation.

You will be responsible for people management, project management, However this is a hands on developing role with plenty of technical development. You will lead a small but experienced and highly successful team. You will build front and back-end systems for a constantly evolving, market-leading technology provider in the meeting booking space.

You will be responsible for leading the application development, back-end code, front-end design, testing, and the release cycle. Project manage multiple client installations, onboard and troubleshoot issues with enterprise clients.

Research, develop and implement new payment infrastructure and product solutions.

Manage the team allocation of work and act as a senior technical advisor, whilst taking on large development projects yourself, you will remove obstacles and mentor the team to create and develop innovative solutions across the full suite of products.

You will drive the integration with third party APIs to deliver product improvement, including content onboarding and live availability.

Developments run in short sprint lifecycles, so you will have experience project managing multiple release cycles in a fast paced, agile environment with concurrent developments in progress at any one time, so you will see the results of your efforts immediately realised.

You will also lead large-scale strategic projects with a longer duration, which will significantly impact the client service offering.

Responsibilities:

• API integrations with third party solutions to drive efficiencies and fulfil the needs of new clients

• Create and own new products and solutions

• Lead significant development projects including assessment, selection and onboarding of new strategic partner agreements. Creating detailed functional specifications for new projects for C Suite approval

• Manage & maintain the Core Infrastructure, including owning Hubli's Azure cloud services

• Engage proactively with the Executive Leadership Team, along with wider internal stakeholders from discovery, analysis and design through to build, test and implementation across all aspects of customer, operations, and partner interactions.

• Represent the product team in weekly stand ups, Product meetings with the C suite, KPI meetings and weekly operations meetings.

• Enable the team to deliver development projects, remove obstacles and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

• Client Discovery calls and weekly Project Management calls. Engaging at executive level in client & partner organisations

• Detect, categorise and prioritise incoming business needs and by their importance.

• Assessment and communication of the time and effort to deliver a solution

The person:

• Minimum 10+ years development experience using .Net technologies with significant exposure to API integrations.

• Track record in developing enterprise class applications.

• Experience implementing multiple innovative Payment solutions (Acquisition and Pay-Out)

• Experience managing multiple projects and deliverables - you will oversee the distribution of tasks but take a lead role in delivery.

• Managing the internal Information Security Process and ISO Certifications

• Experienced people manager (workload allocation, review and people development)

• Client facing – capturing requirements for functional specifications and delivering leading enterprise solutions

• Highly motivated team player with the ability to challenge and manage executive stakeholders

• Evidence the ability to identify and solve existing problems and drive efficiencies within the business
