EdgeTier is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Sourcer to join our dynamic team for a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract based in our Dublin office.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in EdgeTier’s growth by sourcing exceptional candidates, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment expertise in a supportive, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Candidate Sourcing:

  • Conduct searches using a range of tools, on job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.

  • Engage passive candidates and nurture talent pools.

  • Use creative sourcing strategies to find diverse and qualified candidates.

• Recruitment Support:

  • Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and coordinate feedback.

  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting roles on various platforms.

  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the ATS (Ashby), rectifying any issues promptly.

• Employer Branding:

  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives by promoting job ads on social media and professional networks.

  • Help organise and participate in hiring events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.

• Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and source-of-hire.

  • Generate reports to inform decision-making for the TA team.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in sourcing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.

• Good understanding of recruitment processes and tools. Ashby experience is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• A proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to recruitment in a startup environment.

• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or social media for talent sourcing.
