About this Role

We have an open role for an experienced Supply Chain and Pricing Coordinator to join our growing team.

In this role, the individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with third-party vendors, acting as the primary point of contact for all vendor communications. They will oversee contract negotiation and management to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance. By analyzing the cost of goods sold and targeted profit margins, they will set and adjust pricing strategies to align with market conditions and business objectives. They will develop multi-currency pricing models that reflect local purchasing power and market trends. Additionally, they will manage communication strategies across multiple languages to ensure clear and effective interactions with international partners. Regularly monitoring vendor performance against contract terms and expectations, they will ensure strategic alignment with the company's goals, driving positive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and partners. Act as the primary point of contact for all vendor communications.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and management of contracts with third parties to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
  • Pricing Strategy and Margin Analysis: Set pricing policies by analyzing cost of goods sold (COGS) and targeted profit margins. Adjust strategies based on market conditions and business objectives.
  • Multi-Currency Pricing Strategy: Develop pricing models that accommodate multiple currencies and reflect local purchasing power and market conditions.
  • Language and Communication Strategy: Oversee communication strategies, potentially involving multiple languages, to ensure clear and effective interactions with international partners and vendors.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess the performance of third-party vendors against contract terms and business expectations.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure that the partnerships align with the company’s strategic goals and contribute positively to its growth.

Required Skills and Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree in a biology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pathology, biotech, or medical device industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital pathology and non-clinical research environments in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Industry experience in R&D in a software company (SaaS or equivalent) across multiple projects
  • Prior experience as a Relationship Manager with multiple clients and solid understanding of margin/pricing processes
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms
  • Experience with local variant healthcare regulations will be ‘a distinct advantage.’

  • Must be end-user focused with a sense of urgency and immediate impact
  • Excellent presentation skills and with confidence to present at all levels from end users through to Senior Management
