Founded in Dublin in 2017, Deciphex has scaled rapidly to a team of over 90 people and counting who are providing software solutions to address the pathology gap in research pathology and clinical areas. We have offices in Dublin, Exeter and Chicago and are expanding our team throughout the world.

About this Role (Responsibilities):
- Act as the main point of contact for all office related queries, liaise with facilities management and take a hands on approach in order to ensure smooth running of the office day to day.
- Manage the incoming and outgoing post and local/ international deliveries.
- Make general purchases for the company in line with the purchasing policy.
- Coordination of regular meetings & events, company related travel and related logistics.
- Support with expense reporting and related queries, working closely with the Finance & HR teams on travel and expense policy.
- Supporting the onboarding of new employees to Deciphex including arranging new starter packs for shipment, coordinating merchandise deliveries etc.
- Other general administration duties that may arise from time to time.
- Complete all mandatory company training and job specific training required for the role, including ISMS, GLP, DocuSign, as applicable.
About You (Skills and Experience):
- Bachelor of business administration / related field desired OR a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a fast paced office environment.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar busy operations administration or coordinator role in an office environment.
- Proficient with Google suite and strong Google Sheets experience (alternatively experience with Microsoft Office with the ability to adapt quickly to new software)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Diligent, hard-working and takes end to end ownership of tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize independently.
- Ability and willingness to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Works well under pressure, especially within a strict deadline-orientated environment.
