The Role

We are looking for an Associate Technical Project Manager with strong Jira skills to join our team. This role focuses on Agile and Lean practices within a SAFe environment, with a key responsibility in supporting Program Increment (PI) Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution
    • Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    • Develop and track project plans.
    • Coordinate activities and resources to ensure efficient progress.
    • Support continuous improvement in project management.
  • Jira Management
    • Act as the Jira expert, providing support, configuration, and customization.
    • Create and maintain Jira dashboards and workflows.
    • Train the team on Jira best practices and SAFe methodologies.
    • Analyze Jira data to recommend project improvements.
  • PI Planning Support
    • Prepare for and assist in PI Planning events.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure backlogs and priorities are clear.
    • Facilitate PI Planning sessions and document outcomes.
    • Monitor PI plan execution using Jira.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Prepare and deliver project status reports.
    • Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders.
    • Address and escalate project-related issues as needed.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify and implement process improvements using Lean tools.
    • Participate in retrospectives to apply lessons learned.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
    • Track and report on risks, issues, and change requests.
