The Role

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong background in sales management, preferably within the automotive or related industries. They should demonstrate a good understanding of the VWG brands and market dynamics, along with a proven experience in driving revenue growth and building trustworthy client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to VWG brands to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the VWG portfolio.
  • Nurture existing client relationships and establish new ones to expand our market presence.
  • Collaborate closely with the Connectivity, Product & Procurement teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the teams to ensure optimal performance and results.
