Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our talented and fast-paced scrum teams.

As a key member of our engineering leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving our product development forward, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple scrum teams, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaborative teamwork.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of how to leverage OKR-based measures to drive change and achieve strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering activities with company vision and product roadmap.
• Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career progression.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and resilient software solutions in a timely manner.
• Promote and implement best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps principles.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for the adoption of new tools and techniques where appropriate.
