CitySwift is looking for a Director of Product Operations to join our rapidly growing team.

About the role

Reporting to the VP of Product, you will lead the charge in optimising our product operations to ensure seamless execution of our product roadmap. Your strategic vision, operational excellence, and ability to foster cross-functional collaboration will be key in driving the successful delivery of our products. Your work will be pivotal in transforming how millions interact with public transport.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Product Managers and work closely with Engineering Managers to drive planning and delivery of product features
  • Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance product development efficiency and ability to deliver commercial through product-led growth. Focusing on areas such as:
    • Feature Release management
    • Sales & user enablement
    • Value based pricing and assisting product marketing
    • User Feedback and Usage Metrics
    • Market mapping and product localisation requirements
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on product initiatives.

Key skills

  • 8+ years of experience in product, operations, product management, or a related role in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product operations and delivering complex products.
  • Expert understanding of Product Management tools and processes and able to guide the organisation to adopt best practices.
  • Self-driven and autonomous, thriving in environments where you can lead without constant direction.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, at ease leading both technical and non-technical discussions
