About the Role

In this role, you'll spearhead our efforts to refine and expand CitySwift's data platform. This involves scaling our platform, integrating new data sources, and unlocking actionable insights. It’s a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data science and urban mobility, directly impacting how cities move. As someone who loves data-driven products you will be obsessed with the quality of the data and insights from the platform, along with the outcomes they enable.

What you will do

• Drive Data Excellence: Ensure our data platform isn’t just scalable and high-quality, but also innovative, incorporating new data sources and insights to power our core application.
• Shape Our Future: Manage and prioritize our product roadmap, focusing on the most impactful projects. Launch, test, and iterate on features that shape the public transport experience for millions.
• Collaborate and Inspire: Work hand-in-hand with engineering, marketing, sales, and other product managers, turning ideas into realities. Engage with customers, digging deep into their needs to define problems and create solutions.
• Lead with Passion: Motivate and guide the team, ensuring that the user is at the heart of each decision, while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in tech and transport.

Requirements

• Has 3+ years of product management experience
• A strong background in technical platforms and dealing with products involving large quantities of data.
• Thrives in Agile environments and can turn chaos into order.
• Communicates brilliantly and empathises deeply with users.
• Is self-driven, organized, and ready to lead without constant direction.
• Enjoys the puzzle of integrating qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
