Position Overview:

As the Demand Generation Manager, you will spearhead efforts to drive revenue growth across the B2B funnel - from awareness to retention. This role demands a strategic yet hands-on approach to managing and executing various marketing initiatives. You will work closely with a small team, leveraging your expertise to optimize performance campaigns, content distribution, and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Marketing's Net New Growth and Expansion Targets for ChannelSight.

  • Paid Marketing: Lead the strategy, launch, monitoring, and optimization of performance campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media ads.

  • Content Distribution: Collaborate with the Content team to define target audiences, create distribution strategies, and organize segmentation.

  • Reach: Build Partnerships with other SaaS companies to extend reach & audience.

  • Growth Inbound: Manage lead scoring, routing, and attribution to optimize inbound lead conversion.

  • Growth Outbound: Develop and launch innovative outbound campaigns to generate high-quality leads.

  • Website Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Manage the ChannelSight’s website and the development and implementation of strategic and technical recommendations to enhance user experience.

Key Results:

First 3 Months:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our ecosystem, personas/ICPs, and market positioning.

  • Audit current paid marketing spend, recommend changes, and start implementing improvements.

  • Launch outbound campaigns targeting high-potential segments and book qualified leads for the Sales team.

  • Design and implement a new system for inbound lead scoring, routing, and conversion management.

  • Build a strategy for the ChannelSight Website and implement initial quick-win improvements to enhance performance indicators.

Within 12 Months:

  • Establish paid marketing as a profitable growth channel for specific products.

  • Achieve a 25% uplift in content engagement and sign-ups through improved content distribution.

  • Scale outbound lead generation to consistently generate meetings. Targets TBC.

  • Increase the conversion rate of inbound qualified leads by 25% or more.

  • Conduct multiple positive CRO experiments to increase visit-to-conversion rates.

Preferred Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in demand, growth or performance marketing in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally in a PLG or Self-Service context.

  • Proven track record in building scalable demand generation functions with significant revenue impact.

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience measuring data-driven marketing programs.

  • Ability to plan, organise, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines

  • Experience in creating and executing successful marketing strategies with a strong bias for action.

  • Ability to manage a small team and deliver high-quality results autonomously.

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.

  • Comfort making decisions with imperfect information. Excellent communication skills in English.

  • eCommerce Experience is preferrable

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Zapier).

  • Demonstrated success in running and reporting on digital marketing programs.

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, AdWords, SEMRush, AHREFS, and content syndication.

  • Experience with SEO, PPC, social media lead generation, and website analytics.

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Location:

This role is based at our Clontarf Office and offers a hybrid work option (3 days in office – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) so the suitable candidate should be based in the Dublin area in order to commute. For international applicants, you must hold a valid visa and work permissions for Ireland in order to be considered for this role.
